The whole festival is built to be walk-up friendly. Here's all you need to know.
Watching, wandering, eating, listening to the bands — all free with no registration. Walk in and enjoy the day.
Want to play? Sign up free at any zone marquee. Registration includes a free GLL Pay As You Go membership so you can keep training after the weekend.
Young people can join every activity with guardian consent — a quick form signed on the day or during race registration.

Yes. Getting in, every festival sport, the music, the family zone and the 1K Kids race are all free. The only things with a price are the timed races — 5K (£8), 10K (£12) and half marathon (£25) — and free places exist for those too.
Online by card when you register. If cost is a barrier, tick the free-place option — subsidised places are funded by the Go! London Fund and codes are available through partner schools, clubs, mosques and food banks. No proof needed.
Please do. The Family Zone runs all Sunday with soft play, crafts, face painting and a climbing wall, and the 1K Kids race on Saturday is free for ages 4–11. Under-16s just need a guardian's consent to take part in activities.
Sutcliffe Park is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free routes and accessible toilets. A BSL interpreter covers the main stage and race briefings both days, and there's a quiet zone away from the noise whenever you need a breather.
We're a London event — we run rain or shine. Marquees shelter the stalls and stages, and Sutcliffe Park's indoor facilities (including the gymnastics hall and indoor track) are on standby as backup spaces. If weather ever forces a change for safety, we'll post it on this page and on Instagram first, so check back before you set off.
